5-26-2009: Key members of the Tymor team attended the Kaseya Connect! MSP conference in Las Vegas, Nv held at the 4 Seasons hotel from may 26 through may 29. This was a key industry gathering that included some of the top MSP's in America and other companies providing innovative new technologies to the industry to improve services. It was all work and no play and this time, what happens in Vegas won't stay in Vegas but will help improve the bottom line of all our clients.

 

4-13-2009: Tymor is pleased to announce the aquisition and implimentation of ConnectWise PSA. Connectwise is the leading industry Professional Services Automation tool and will allow Tymor to significantly improve its Service ticket management, billing and customer service. The implimentation project is underway and will soon be out of beta. Key personnel attended the ConnectWise University, a requirement for new partners to insure the quality of service provided to customers, and scored a 3.9 grade point average! Go team!
