What is Universal Support?
“I don’t do windows” is the old saw. Unfortunately this is all too true in the IT world. Support is one of the biggest costs in the industry and nobody wants to provide it if they can help it. Your hardware manufacturer pledges to back you up all the way, but only for hardware and installed drivers, your consultant is there for you for your Operating system support needs but not accounting. Even some MSP’s claiming to support “soup to nuts” have fine print in their SLA’s that exclude this that and the other. And what if you have a custom application and the programmer is gone?
Universal support is our pledge to never leave you out in the cold when it comes to support. If you have a question or a problem with some software that you use and you have no other avenue of support to turn to, turn to us. We won’t say no. With the vast forest of information on the web almost nothing is beyond answering (well, with the exception of the question of “Life, the Universe and Everything’) the problem is time. Yours is money and we have the resources to accelerate the process. When you need it we will be there for you.
